We have a successful package of one to three day Leadership modules that may be used as a Development Programme or each one may be used stand–alone depending on your time and human resource needs. These modules can be run from any hotel or conference venue or even your workplace.
Our modules are progressive: the first and simplest being tried and tested pragmatic management practice, feedback and advice for those new to a management role and the last being suitable for experienced managers looking to move onwards and develop their theoretical and practical skills.
Our programmes are relevant, practical, challenging and thought-provoking and enjoy excellent feedback from participants who are able to immediately apply the learning back at work.
